The Innerplace proposes that to enhance creativity in business, two main components are needed:

A safe and fun environment, and

Motivation (especially intrinsic motivation).
Purpose and intention are the basic building blocks to stimulate creativity, curiosity and exploration. Self awareness through creative expression finds our purpose and intention and in turn encourages intrinsic motivation.
The Innerplace focuses on creating a safe environment for creative expression.
intrinsic motivation – comes from inside an individual and is based on job satisfaction, enjoyment of work etc.
The Innerplace uses transpersonal tools, techniques and processes to enhance self awareness thus allowing a creative and imaginative approach.
The Innerplace focuses on the following areas:

Managing challenges/stress – assisting people with understanding, accepting and integrating their challenges to realise desired results. Assisting people to find their inner strength, creating empowerment, autonomy, freedom and confidence.

Team Building – assisting people to work with diversity, creating supportive teams, where members share the excitement, willingness to help and to recognize each other's talents. Assisting people to discover wider perspectives, creating a balanced fit among resources and people. Assisting people to recognise the attributes of others, creating a cheering, praising and respectful work environment.

Tracey and Sile are qualified Transpersonal Art Therapists. It is their belief that we all have untapped potential, gifts and inner wisdom. Tracey and Sile practice in assisting and guiding people to transverse their inner landscape, discover their true self, identify barriers to success and move forward with a positive perspective.
Tracey has had many years experience in relationship, management and leadership roles within the corporate sector. With her background in telecommunications she has led and motivated sales teams to succeed and excel in extremely competitive environments.
